Adult Workshop: Holiday Pies & Prosecco

LOCATION: L'Amore, Turlock

AGE: Adults (17+)

Bring a friend and gather for an evening of flaky crusts, sparkling prosecco, and the simple pleasure of pie season. Together we'll master an all-butter pie crust, create a beautiful seasonal pie, and head home ready for Thanksgiving.

Throughout the evening, you'll learn:

• Foolproof all-butter pie crust

• Decorative pie techniques and lattice weaving

• Seasonal pie fillings and baking tips

• Make-ahead and freezer tips for the holidays

We'll pause to enjoy seasonal pie, fresh whipped cream, coffee, and a complimentary glass of prosecco (or sparkling cider) around the table.

Each guest will leave with a handcrafted pie, recipes, and the confidence to bake beautiful holiday pies at home.

Complimentary prosecco for guests 21 and older. Sparkling cider available for all.

A few things to note:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early

  • Wear closed-toe shoes

  • Long hair should be tied back

  • Notify us of any allergies

  • Because ingredients and preparation are purchased in advance, workshop registrations are generally non-refundable.

    Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class may receive a class credit or refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the class are non-refundable.

  • Workshops are designed for ages 17+ unless otherwise noted.

  • No prior cooking experience is required. Beginners and experienced home cooks are welcome.
