There's nothing quite like fresh pasta made by hand and shared around the table.

Join us for an evening with Cookin' with Bailey as you learn the art of handmade pasta from scratch. Together we'll mix, knead, roll, and shape fresh pasta before preparing seasonal sauces inspired by California's harvest. As the meal comes together, we'll gather around the table to enjoy dinner, good conversation, and the simple pleasure of cooking together.

Throughout the class, participants will explore:

A few things to note:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early

  • Wear closed-toe shoes

  • Long hair should be tied back

  • Notify us of any allergies

  • Because ingredients and preparation are purchased in advance, workshop registrations are generally non-refundable.

    Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class may receive a class credit or refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the class are non-refundable.

  • Workshops are designed for ages 17+ unless otherwise noted.

  • No prior cooking experience is required. Beginners and experienced home cooks are welcome.
