This past year has been filled with so much support — from customers, bakers, farmers, and friends who believed in the power of fresh flour and local grain. I’m deeply grateful for every order, every kind word, and every shared loaf of bread.

While milling is coming to an end, my passion for the local grain economy is not. I’ll continue to support, cheer on, and advocate for fresh flour and the people growing and using it.
